DR. KENNETH J. FRICK Dr. Frick has enjoyed the outdoors of Arizona with his wife Liz and two daughters since 1997. After being raised in Sacramento, CA, Dr. Frick earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry from the University of CA, Davis, in 1981. During the following year he worked as a chemist for Colgate-Palmolive Company in Kansas City, Kansas. Then in 1982 he entered the University of Missouri, Kansas City, School of Dentistry, graduating in 1986 with his D.D.S. After completing a General Practice Residency with the United States Air Force in Louisiana and a two-year tour in Altus, OK, Dr. Frick practiced as a general dentist in Kansas City, MO, for two years and in Madison, WI, for four years. Moving to Milwaukee, WI, in 1995, Dr. Frick began his two-year residency in the specialty of endodontics, earning a Master’s Degree in Endodontics. Dr. Frick is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics, a member of both the American Association of Endodontists and the American Dental Association, and is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry. He is also a member of the International Association of Dental Research. DR. DOUGLAS E. THOMAS Dr. Thomas was born and raised in Arizona and his wife Jill is also from Arizona. Dr. Thomas earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Northern Arizona University in 1987. During the following years, Dr. Thomas served on active duty in the United States Army as an Ordnance officer. After competing his obligation to the Army, Dr. Thomas entered dental school and graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio in 1995. Following dental school, Dr. Thomas entered the United States Air Force and completed a one year General Practice Residency Program in 1996. He then served as a staff general dentist in Germany for four years. Dr. Thomas entered graduate endodontic specialty training in 2000 and graduated from Wilford Hall Medical Center in 2002. Dr. Thomas served as an endodontist in Japan until completion of his military obligation in 2005. Dr. Thomas, his wife Jill and twin boys, have looked forward to returning to the great state of Arizona and pursuing private practice. Dr. Thomas is a member of the American Association of Endodontists, the American Dental Association, The Arizona Endodontic Association and the Arizona Dental Association.
